Donald D. ‘Denny’ Graham, 77, of Weirton, W.Va., formerly of Hookstown, died Friday evening January 3, 2020, at the West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born May 29, 1942, in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Donald W. and Martha Marie (Riser) Graham, Denny had worked as a lab technician at NOVA Chemical and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Continue reading
Joe T. Brodmerkel – Frankfort Springs
Joe “T” Brodmerkel, 84, of Frankfort Springs, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Joe was born January 26, 1935, in Burgettstown. He was the son of the late Robert M. and Edith (Tarr) Brodmerkel. Joe was a retired millwright from J&L Steel for 33 years. He served in the U.S. Navy, an avid race fan and loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mary Kaye Shutt – Georgetown
Mary Kaye Shutt, 72, of Georgetown, died Monday December 23, 2019 at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Beaver Falls. Born January 27, 1947 in Fremont, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Earle and Lois (Everett) Greenamyer. She was the beloved wife of James M. Shutt. Mary had worked as an accountant retiring from Thompson Agency in Georgetown.

Thomas Wells, 86, of Hanover Twp., passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019.
Born May 19, 1933 in Roanoke, VA, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Marion (Taylor) Kines.
Surviving are two daughters, Christina (George) Tellish, Aliquippa; Joy (Randy) Frey, Cincinnati, OH; son, Mark (Tammy) Wells, Cincinnati, OH; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, a half-brother, Jim (Pam) Kines, New York.

Charles W. McAfee, 69 of Georgetown (Hanover Twp.) died Sunday morning September 8, 2019 in the comfort of his home with family at his side. Born June 19, 1950 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was a son of the late Roland and Grace (Glass) McAfee. Charles had worked as a laborer with Laborers Union # 833 of New Brighton and at Service Master in Coraopolis in the janitorial dept.. He was a member of the Frankfort Grange, loved farming, deer hunting and in his younger days loved square dancing. He loved watching his grandsons baseball games.
