Ruth J. Logue – WEIRTON, WV, FORMERLY OF FRANKFORT SPRINGS
Ruth J. Logue, 90, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Frankfort Springs, died Monday evening, October 15, 2012, at the Weirton Geriatric Center, Weirton.
Born August 29, 1922, in Washington County, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Nettie Blanche Snodgrass Baker. A homemaker, she was a member of the Frankfort Springs United Presbyterian Church.
Hazel Ruth Trimble – Georgetown
Hazel Ruth Trimble, 86, of Georgetown, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, October 7, 2012, at Heritage Valley Beaver with her family at her side.
She was the last surviving child born to the late Albert and Idella (Cox) Dean in Junior, WV. Hazel had been employed for 19 years working as a clerk at the Georgetown Post Office. She loved camping and being with her family. She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Hookstown American Legion Post 952.
Wilmer Earl Marshall ‘Curly-Gas Man’ – Center Township
Wilmer Earl Marshall, 87, of Center Township, died Friday afternoon, October 5, 2012, in the comfort of his home, with family at his side.
He was the last surviving child born to the late William Earl and Eva (Allison) Marshall on October 9, 1924, in Bakerstown, PA. He was the beloved husband of 29 years to Virginia (Wycoff) Smaltz Marshall, whom he married January 7, 1983; loving father of Vicky (Troy) Hensley of Wingate, TX, and Janet (Lenny) Schroth of Wampum, and cherished grandfather of Jessica Schroth of Wampum and Matthew Lee Schroth, Senior Airman, U.S.A.F. of Moody AFB, Valdosta, GA. Also surviving are the apples of his eyes, his great-granddaughters, Breanna Lynn and Leah Jaelle Schroth-Killen, and many loving nieces and nephews.
