Jean Combs, 94, formerly of Clinton (Hanover Twp.), passed peacefully Sunday afternoon, June 18, 2023 at Victoria Manor in Oakdale. Born August 31, 1928 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Meryl Eugenia (McConnell) McCracken. Jean had worked as an office worker at the Oakland VA.
