Dolores Jean Blake, 84 of Georgetown, passed Wednesday morning, February 25, 2026 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born June 5, 1941 in Aliquippa, she was a daughter of the late Albert & Adeline (Maratta) Norman. She was a great homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Paul B. Blake, her children and their spouses are Paul R. & Coral Blake, James A. & Sandy Blake, Terry M. & Tammie Blake, Vicki L. & Corey Snider and the late Matthew A. Blake. Joseph Frank Strupek, 83, of Clinton passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Joe, “Pappy”, was an avid outdoorsman who found his greatest joy in the woods. A passionate hunter, he took pride in teaching his children and grandchildren to hunt and traditions that will live on through them. HE especially loved spending time at his cabin, a place that brought him peace, happiness, and countless cherished memories with family.

Joe dedicated 46 years of his life to his career at St. Joe Zinc (other owners to follow), served in the United States Army reserves, and served as an officer with the Hanover Township police. Continue reading →
