Mary Ann Burris – Shippingport

Mary Ann Burris, 74 of Shippingport passed away peacefully Friday morning, September 5, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 13, 1951 in Martinsferry, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Harold & Mary (Gallagher) Long.

Mary Ann was the heart of her family, known for her opinionated, spunky attitude. A devoted mother of her two children, her greatest joy came from caring for her family. Her famous Sunday dinners were a weekly tradition that brought family together. Continue reading →
