Marjorie W. Morgan – Hookstown
Marjorie W. Morgan, 96, of Hookstown (Greene TWP.), died Friday morning February 26, in the East Liverpool City Hospital. Born October 1, 1924, in McDonald, PA., she was a daughter of the late Edward J. SR. and Clara E. (Langhurst) Winters.
Richard J. Mueller – Baden (Economy Boro)
Richard J. Mueller, 81, of Economy Borough, passed away at home on Sunday, February 21, 2021. He was born October 21, 1939, to the late Alfred and Ruth (Sposky) Mueller. He was retired from Pittsburgh Forgings where he had over 30 years of employment. During this time, he held several elected positions in the union. Richard was very active in the organizing of the annual mill picnics held at the former West View Amusement Park. He was an avid bowler with the accomplishments of the trophies that were displayed in his gameroom. He was a former member of several clubs, with the Eagles and the Polish Falcons being amongst them. Some of his hobbies included hunting, fishing, boating, playing cards, camping and his love of cooking. He took pride in being able to fulfill the outpouring requests for his cooking for everyone’s functions.
Joann Estel – Monaca (Raccoon Twp.)
Joann Estel, 77, of Monaca (Raccoon Twp.) died Monday morning February 1, 2021, at the Providence Care Center; Beaver Falls. Born October 12, 1943, in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Helen (Belich) Shaffer.
She is the beloved wife of Terry L. Estel, cherished mother of Heather and her husband David Nelson of Aliquippa, and Therese Estel-Pupi of Boston, MA.. Sister of Matthew ‘Sonny’ and his wife Evelyn Shaffer of Hookstown and Dale and his wife Toni Shaffer of Chester, W.V. and Marion Floyd of Monaca. Grandmother of two, Madison and David.
