Joseph Frank Strupek – Clinton

Joseph Frank Strupek, 83, of Clinton passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Joe, “Pappy”, was an avid outdoorsman who found his greatest joy in the woods. A passionate hunter, he took pride in teaching his children and grandchildren to hunt and traditions that will live on through them. HE especially loved spending time at his cabin, a place that brought him peace, happiness, and countless cherished memories with family.

Joe dedicated 46 years of his life to his career at St. Joe Zinc (other owners to follow), served in the United States Army reserves, and served as an officer with the Hanover Township police.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Linda Strupek who passed away on September 30, 2024. Joseph is survived by his son, Joseph Strupek Jr. and wife Christina; his daughter Debbie Floyd and her husband Steven; his grandchildren, Andy, Courtney, Jonathan, and Samantha; and 6 great grandchildren.

Joseph will be remembered for his deep love of the outdoors, and the legacy of knowledge, tradition, and love he shared with those closest to him.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, Pa. 15050 on Sunday, February 8th from Noon until brief prayers at 3 pm. which will be shared by Rev. Wilmer J. Olszewski. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the United Way of Beaver County.
