Amy J. Sickelsmith – Aliquippa (Hanover Twp.)

Amy J. Sickelsmith, 48 of Aliquippa (Hanover Twp.) passed unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, February 25, 2025 in the Weirton Medical, Center. Born May 4, 1976 in Sewickley, she is the beloved daughter of JoAnn Snyder and the late Gene Sickelsmith Sr.

Mother of Dalton Sickelsmith, Trevonne Thornton, Jayden Smith, Hailey Krepps and the late Jared T. Sickelsmith and Brady Sickelsmith. Her sister, Elizabeth and her husband Todd Bost, grandchildren Jeremiah, Emmett and Klyde, aunt of Ian and his wife Nichole Sickelsmith and their children Landon & Jaxon, and Jacob Williams. In addition to her father and sons, she was preceded by a brother Gene Sickelsmith Jr. and her stepfather Roy Snyder.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA. 15050 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where her service will be held Saturday at 11 am. Rev. Wilmer J. Olszewski of the Hookstown Free Methodist Church officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
