Russell G. Phillips, Jr. – Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.)

Russell G. Phillips, Jr., 39, of Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.), passed peacefully Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his residence. Born February 22, 1984 in Pittsburgh. He was a son of Russell G. Phillips, Sr. and the late Natalie C. (Noss) Phillips. Russell was a member of the Bethlehem Church in Shippingport, where he also took care of the church cemetery. He enjoyed drawing, skateboarding and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife Amanda (Emert) Phillips, his siblings Rhyan and his wife Amy Noss and Raine Phillips. His daughter Bella Emert, his grandmother Diana Phillips and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins survive.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 11 am in the Bethlehem Church, Shippingport.
