Murray J. Hughes – Monaca (Raccoon Twp.)

Murray J. Hughes, 74 of Monaca (Raccoon Twp.) passed Wednesday afternoon, January 15, 2025 in the comfort of his home. Born January 21, 1950, he was a son of the late Murray Detmore and Lillie (Barker) Hughes. A veteran of the US Army, he served during the Vietnam War and had worked as a laborer in the construction industry with Laborers Local #833.

He is survived by his children, Jeremy Hughes and Crystal Marie Hughes. Brother of Larry Detmore Hughes, Joyce Milliron, Janice Yost and Judy Highberger. Grandfather of 5 and numerous nieces and nephews.
