Marian “Mitzi” Margaret Hutchison – Georgetown
Marian “Mitzi” Margaret Hutchison, 92, of Georgetown, PA, passed away at Lakeview Personal Care Home on Oct. 08, 2025.
Born on February 20, 1933, Mitzi was the daughter of William and Helen (Smith) Oyster. She enjoyed gardening, decorating wedding cakes, oil painting, singing in the church choir, and volunteering for the children’s ministry at church.
Mitzi was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hutchison, and also her siblings, Glen “Bud” (Ruth) Oster and Patricia (William) McCullough.
Surviving are Mitzi’s children, Dale (Kathy) Kronk of Chester, W.V., Kathleen (Donald) Silsley of Georgetown, Paul Kronk of Oakmont, and Clifford (Lorie) Hutchison of Baden; stepchildren, Earl Hutchison jr., Sheryl Ann Lopez, and David Hutchison; grandchildren, Rob Forsythe, Amy Sue (Josh) Phillips, Joe Forsythe, Michael (Heather) Silsley, James Silsley, Johnathan (Billi Jo) Silsley, Deborah (Joe) Vitullo, William Kronk, Alisha & Kyle Hutchison, and great-grandchildren Lily, Peyton, Olivia, Sam, Jacob, Dawson, David, Dylan, Isabella, Madison, Layla, Tylor.
Family will receive friends at the McConnell Funeral Home, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA, on Sunday, 12, 2025, from 2-6pm. Where her service will be held Monday Oct. 13th 11am by Reverend Jefferson Ellis of Hanover Presbyterian Church. She will be laid to rest in the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Georgetown Pa.
