Lois Mae Heidler – Clinton (Hanover Twp.)

Lois Mae Heidler, 77 of Clinton (Hanover Twp) passed Saturday evening, April 19, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital. Born December 20, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late William C. & Stella M. (Kalinowski) Gettinger. In addition to being a homemaker, Lois had worked as a certified nurse’s aid at the Golfview Nursing Home in Aliquippa for many years, she was also an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wilson H. Heidler and a son Willie Heidler.

She is survived by her daughters Amy & Ben Mehlmauer and Patty & Bill Morrow, a brother Jim & Connie Gettinger, a nephew Bill & Amanda Gettinger & their children Andrew and Evan. Grandmother of 4, Samantha & Dylan Gaughan, William Morrow, Dalton & his fiancée (Katie Greenawald) Mehlmauer & Cody Mehlmauer. Great grandmother of Geno Gaughan.

Family and friends are welcome to attend her graveside service at the Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery, Route #30, Imperial on Friday, April 25th at 11 am. The Rev. Willard Adkins will officiate. Professional services provided by the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA. 15050.
