Lawrence Patrick (Pat) Buchanan II – Hookstown (Raccoon Twp.)

Lawrence Patrick (Pat) Buchanan II, 59 of Hookstown (Raccoon Twp.), passed unexpectedly Friday May 30, 2025 in the comfort of his home. Pat was born August 31, 1965 in Pittsburgh. He was the son of the late Lawrence P. Buchanan and Madeline (Jacobs) Meuller. Pat was a member of the Laborers Local #373 of Pittsburgh.

Beloved husband of Tina Marie (Yerman) Buchanan, cherished father of Patrick Buchanan III and his fiancée Stephanie Wrightsman and Dylan Buchanan.

Family and friends are welcome to call the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050 on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. His service will be private.
