Fred I. Ziegler Sr. – Georgetown

Fred I. Ziegler Sr., 66 of Georgetown passed Friday morning, May 15, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Born July 19, 1959 in Rochester, he was a son of the late Roy & Jane (Fillinger) Ziegler and step son of the late Helen Ziegler. Fred had worked as a meat cutter, his passion though was music, playing guitar with the Whiskey River band throughout Beaver County & surrounding area. He loved attending his grandchildren’s baseball & soft ball games, cheering them on.

He is survived by his sons and daughters in laws Fred I. II & his wife Jennifer Ziegler and John & his wife Leah Ziegler. His former wife Diana Greenawald, his brothers are Roy Lee Ziegler & David Ziegler also 8 step siblings. Cherished pappy of 3, Jacob, Chloe & Johnny Ziegler.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA. 15050 on Tuesday, May 19th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm.
