Columbia A. Halligan, 65 of Georgetown (Hanover twp.) passed Thursday afternoon, June 26, 2025 in the comfort of her home. Born March 29, 1960 in East Liverpool, Ohio. She was a daughter of the late Edmond and Columbia (Morrelli) Gallie and her late step father was Charles Garren. Columbia had worked as a Lead Receiver with Target.

She is survived by her husband John M. Halligan, daughters Vanessa Schreffler and Jennifer Schwalm, her late son, Timothy Tudor. Her brother Paul Gallie and her sisters are Debbie Lefebure, Rosemary Gallie and Robin Herbold. Grandmother of 5, Devin, Maegan, Ashley, Jasmine and Matteo. Great grandmother of 2. No services are planned as per her request and cremation will take place.
