Alice J. Allison – Raccoon Township

Alice J Allison of Raccoon Township, passed peacefully at home in her sleep August 3rd, 2025.

Alice was born June 30, 1938 to Herman and Anna (Fedinez) Cujas. They moved from Midway to Raccoon Township June 30, 1951, where she lived until her passing. She married the love of her life Thomas Allison Sr. on October 15, 1960, they were married for 64 years.

They bought the family farm and raised their 2 children Vikki and Tommy. She loved cats and had a slew of them over the years. Alice was employed with Stone and Webster, and was present when they brought the nuclear reactor online. After retirement she sold Tupperware and made many friends.

She is proceed in death by her parents and daughter Victoria L. Dalton.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas Allison Sr., sister Iris (Pat) McCon, son, Thomas (Julie) Allison Jr, son-in-law Gregory Dalton, grandchildren Jeremiah (Abby) Dalton, Michelle (Jeremy) Wagaman, Brian (Ashley) Dalton, Gregory T. (Lauren) Dalton, and Nick (Erin) Allison. Great grandchildren Andrew, Emma, Carmelita, Anthony, Lilly, Gabriel, Isabel, Amelia, Carter, Briana and Walker. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Alice was a devout Christian, spreading God’s love until her final days. She was a lifetime member of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church in Raccoon Township. The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice for the excellent care given to Alice to allow her to stay home and for the care they extended to the family.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Her service will be held Saturday at 11 am at the Mount Pleasant EPC, 846 Route 18, Aliquippa, Pa 15001. EVERY ONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Her pastor the Rev. Richard Herbster will officiate. She will be laid to rest in the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery; Georgetown.
