Anastasia Raeleen

With sad and heavy hearts, we Raymond Jacob Yost and Taylor George, the parents of Anastasia Raeleen announce her entering into eternity Friday, August 14, 2026 at 9:51 pm, while at UPMC MaGee Women’s Hospital, Pittsburgh. While her time with us was short, we will cherish that time for the rest of our lives.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Noah Yost, maternal grandparents are Rosemary & William George and maternal great grandmother Barbara Timchak, her paternal grandparents are Bobbie Jo & Raymond John Yost, her paternal great grandparents are Laura & Robert Evans and Ruth Ann George. Also, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family & friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, Pa. 15050 on Thursday from 6-8 pm only and Friday from 10 am until leaving in procession at 11:15 am to the Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, where a blessing & committal service will be held at Noon. Burial will follow.
