Blanche M. Mueller – Baden

Blanche M. Mueller, 81 of Baden passed Sunday afternoon, September 17, 2023 at Brighton Rehabilitation & Wellness Center; Brighton Twp. Born February 25, 1942 in Aliquippa, she was a daughter of the late David Henry & Etta Mae (Barker) Hughes, Sr. A homemaker, Blanche had also worked at Phoenix Glass in Monaca for many years as Q & A inspector.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Richard J. Mueller on February 21, 2021. Brothers David H. Hughes, Jr. & Harry W. Hughes and a sister Alice Patton. Brothers-in-law Joseph Baker, Jr., Ronald J. Patton & William Zupsic., and a sister-in-law Judy Winkle & her late husband Ron.

Surviving are her children Robert & his former wife Kandy Mueller, James & Debbie Mueller and Bonnie & Gary Bohinsky. Sisters are Lillie Baker and Audrey Zupsic. A sister-in-law Carol Hughes. Grandmother of 6, Jason & Jeremy Bohinsky, Robert Geoffrey Mueller, Jr., Anthony Michael & his wife Kasey Mueller, Chad Mueller & Cory Mueller. Great grandmother of Olivia Gaydos.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, Pa. 15050 on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, where her service will be held at 8 pm. Rev. Wilmer J. Olszeweski of the Hookstown Free Methodist church will officiate and cremation will follow.
