William Thomas ‘Buddy’ Gray – Georgetown (Hanover Twp.)

William Thomas ‘Buddy’ Gray, 62, of Georgetown, (Hanover Twp.) died Monday afternoon July 8, 2019, in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born February 16, 1957, in Waynesburg, the son of the late William Eugene and Claire (Sweeney) Gray Rogers. Buddy had worked as a taxidermist and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Dolores (Lewis) Gray. He was the father of Wally and his wife, Rebecca Gray of Hopewell Twp., Ryan Gray and his girlfriend, Ashley Finley of Georgetown and the late William “Willy” Gray; brother of Debra and her husband, Donald Ball of New Brighton and the proud grandfather of Nicholas, Alyssa, Chloe, Eric and Emma. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friend are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050 on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 until time of services at 8 p.m. The Rev. Donald W. MacNeil of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
