Theodore Belich – Aliquippa (Raccoon Township)

Theodore Belich, 94, of Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.), died Tuesday evening, November 28, 2017, at Brighton Rehab & Wellness Center, Brighton Twp.

Born April 16, 1923, in Hookstown, he was the last surviving child born to the late George and Lubica (Yuzbasa) Belich. He was a retired truck driver having worked in the hauling industry. An avid poker player, he was also a member of the Hookstown American Legion and had enjoyed hunting. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Daisy (Bucan) Belich, in 1991; two brothers, Steve and Emil Belich, and three sisters, Helen Muha, Ann Mancini and Martha Hobbs.

Surviving are his two daughters, Nadene Love, California, and Elaine Hooper, Raccoon Twp.; two grandsons, Michael Love and Bill Morrow, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Family and friends are welcome to call Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m. only in the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Wilmer Olszewski, of the Hookstown Free Methodist Church, will officiate.

He will be laid to rest in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery.
