Phyllis M. Reilly – GEORGETOWN (HANOVER TWP.)

Phyllis M. Reilly, 77, of Georgetown (Hanover Twp.) died unexpectedly on Friday afternoon, June 9, 2017, in the comfort of her home.

Born May 4, 1940, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Julia (Keenan) Holmes. A homemaker, she was also a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church of Georgetown. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and spending time outdoors when she was able to do so.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Thorton and Carol Dragnet.

Surviving are her children and their spouses, William (Maryann Atwell) Reilly, Robin (Timothy) Giles, Elizabeth (Craig) Newbauer, Julia (Brent) Bates, Robert (Robin) Reilly and Francis (Maryann) Reilly; beloved grandmother of 22, great-grandmother of 15 and dear sister of Kenneth Holmes, Steven Holmes and Judith Gusky.

Family and friends are welcome to attend her memorial service on Friday, June 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the Bethel United Methodist Church, 2137 Rte. 168, Georgetown, PA 15043. Her pastor, Rev. Ken Jacobs, will officiate. She will be laid to rest at a later date.
