Natalie C. Phillips – ALIQUIPPA (RACCOON TWP.)

Natalie C. Phillips, 55, of Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.), died very suddenly on Thursday morning, March 9, 2017, at Heritage Valley Beaver.

Born July 4, 1961, in Sewickley, she was a daughter of the late Ruth Ann White and Allard Drake. A homemaker, Natalie was a loving wife and mother and a member of the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church of Shippingport.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Noss.

Surviving is her husband of 34 years, Russell Phillips Sr., whom she married October 28, 1982. Also surviving are her children, Rhyan and his wife Amy Noss of Monaca, Russell Phillips Jr. and his fiancée Amanda Emert, Hopewell Twp., and Raine Phillips, at home, and a brother, Rev. Allan and his wife Jennifer Drake, Plum. She was the loving grandmother of Lukas Noss, Jaxon Noss and Isabella Emert.

Cremation will take place and her memorial service will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11 a.m. in the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, Shippingport. Her brother, Rev. Dr. Allan Drake will officiate.
