Nancy Lou Weber – Negley, Ohio (formerly of Clinton)

Nancy Lou Weber, 84, of Negley, Ohio, formerly of Clinton, died Thursday evening, March 29, 2018, at the Vista Center, Lisbon, Ohio, with her son and daughter-in-law at her side.

Born July 9, 1933, in Clinton, she was a daughter of the late Clyde Milton and Margaret (Messner) Hays. A homemaker, she had participated with the Scouts program in her early years, and was a member of the Hanover Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. An avid baker, she catered birthday and wedding cakes for many years. She enjoyed painting and floral arranging.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alvin E. Weber, on May 20, 1997, the couple had been married for 45 years at his passing, and a sister, Barbara Weldon Hays.

Surviving are her children and their spouses, Sharon and Raymond Russell, and Gina Cunningham, both of San Jose, Calif.; Jeff and Nancy Weber, Negley, Ohio, and Lisa Comstock, New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother, David Hays, Pollock Pines, Calif.; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are welcome to call Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, where her services will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Rose, of the North Side Community Church, officiating.

She will be laid to rest in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Georgetown.
