Jennifer M. Wakefield – BEAVER (VANPORT TWP.)

Jennifer M. Wakefield, 66, of Beaver (Vanport Twp.), died Thursday afternoon, November 15, 2012, in the comfort of her home with her husband at her side.

Born July 26, 1946, in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Nicolina Perna. A homemaker, Jennifer was a member of the Monaca Chapter of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph W. Wakefield, Beaver; a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin W. and Julie Wakefield and their children, Brynn, Braden, Brigid and Blaise Wakefield, all of Cranberry Township; two brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law, Melvin (Tugboat) and Ruth Wakefield, Georgetown; Bobby Wakefield, Florida; two sisters-in-law, Marlyn Downey, Center Township and Betty Workman, Butler.

According to her wishes, cremation has take place and there was no visitation or services.

Memorials, in her name, can be made to one's favorite charity.
