Freda C. Hutton – Hookstown

Freda C. Hutton, 87, of Hookstown (Hanover Twp.), died Saturday morning, June 30, 2018, at Providence Health Care Center, Beaver Falls.

Born March 22, 1931, in Rochester, a daughter of the late Paul Lewis and Mildred (Semick) Fairbanks.  She was a retired licensed practical nurse having worked at the Beaver County Geriatric Center and was also a retired bus driver for the Aliquippa School District. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Lewis Davis.

Surviving are two sons, David and Raymond Davis, both of Rochester; a daughter, Linda Avery, Tennessee; a stepdaughter, Brenda Shriver, Beaver Falls; two sisters, Stephanie Heizler, Hookstown and Jean Cannaby, Kansas; a sister-in-law, Janet Fairbanks, Florida; nine grandchildren, James Davis, Tabbatha Avery, Kayla Avery, Brittany Avery, Kevin Avery, Michelle Davis, John Davis, Sadie Davis, and Ronald Shriver; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, on Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. where services will be held at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Norman Eckert, officiating, of the Ohioville Free Methodist Church.
