Esther M. Buratti – Formerly of Hookstown

Esther M. Buratti, 93, of Brighton Twp., formerly of Hookstown, died Monday evening, November 16, 2015, at Friendship Ridge, Beaver.

Born June 1, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Mabel (Jones) Bishoff.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eck J. Buratti, and a daughter, Frances Dye.

She was the sister of Clarence Bishoff Jr. Also surviving are a son-in-law, Earl G. Dye; a stepson, Eck J. Jr. and Joan Buratti; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Cremation services were provided by MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, Daniel M. McConnell, Owner-Director.
