David W. (Butter) Wilson – Chester, West Virginia
David W. (Butter) Wilson, age 48 of Chester, W. Va. died unexpectedly Saturday evening, November 3, 2018, at his Chester home.
Born August 7, 1970, in Rochester, he was the son of the late Clinton and Barbara (Wright) Wilson.
He worked in the steel industry as a steel fabricator. He was a member of the Sons of the Legion Post #121 of Chester, the Beaver Valley Antique Association, Community Benefit Committee and the Tri State Pullers.
Surviving are his daughters, Nicolette Wilson and Devin Hoch, and Lauren and Gregg Porter; a brother and sister-in-law, Denzil and Connie Wilson; a sister, Dianne Wilson and Jim Zimmer, three grandchildren, Travis Hoch, Lainey Porter and Lake Porter; his granddaughter by heart Bethany, his nieces and nephews, Dustin (Amber) Wilson, Amanda Wilson and fiancée Jared Huntington and his son, Eli, Brittany George and Mat Wilkins; his great-nieces, Avery Wilson and Paisley Wilkins.
Family and friends are welcome to call at the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where his service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Wilmer J. Olszewski of the Hookstown Free Methodist Church will officiate. He will be laid to rest in the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Georgetown.
