Darlene G. Mick – Hookstown (Hanover Twp.)

Darlene G. Mick, 74, of Hookstown (Hanover Twp.), died Monday afternoon, July 9, 2018, at Brighton Rehab and Wellness Center, Brighton Twp.

Born April 6, 1944, in Hookstown, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Elizabeth (Hughes) Graham. A homemaker, she had attended the Hookstown Free Methodist Church. She was a good mother and grandmother, who enjoyed her time with family. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially caring for her flower gardens.

Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Terry and Darlene Mick, Hookstown; Randy Mick, Calcutta, and Cory and Joanne Mick, Moon Twp.; a brother, Charlie Graham, Hookstown, and a sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Clarence Green, Georgetown. She was the beloved grandmother of four, Steven Mick, Alyssa (Kevin) Hartung, Katelyn (Richard) Diaz and Kristen Mick, and great-grandmother of two.

Family and friends are welcome to call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, where her services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wilmer J. Olszewski, of the Hookstown Free Methodist Church, officiating.

She will be laid to rest in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Georgetown.
