Bridget M. Schmidt – Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.)

Bridget M. Schmidt, 78 of Aliquippa (Raccoon Twp.), passed peacefully Monday morning, April 15, 2024 in the comfort of her home with family at her side. Born May 1, 1945 in Aliquippa. She was the only child born to the late George and Magdelena (Kyc) Fetkovich.

In addition to being a homemaker, Bridget had also worked as a realtor in the Real Estate industry. Her biggest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She is the beloved wife of 58 years to Charles E. “Chuck” Schmidt, cherished mother of Chuck and his wife Brooke Schmidt Jr., Kirstin and her husband Stephen Pilotti and Scott and his wife Julie Schmidt. Her grandchildren are Lt. Tyler Schmidt, Samuel Schmidt, Nicholas Pilotti, Christian Pilotti, David Schmidt, Mark Schmidt and Jessica Schmidt and her fiancé Cory Lenzer.

Services are private and cremation will take place. Professional services provided by the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, Pa. 15050. Memorials in her name if desired, can be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Rd., Aliquippa, Pa. 15001.
